We pride ourselves in managing time efficiently to meet program goals. We use Primavera P6 as the planning software to create Gantt Charts, and Trello as the task manager to track activity status.

Performance
We have implemented the BIM process to refine decision-making starting from developing the BIM deliverables. We coordinate design information and construction operations by adopting a variety of BIM tools such as Revit, Synchro Pro, Solibri, BIM360, BIMcollab, Bimsync and Plannerly.
